Year in and year out, law librarians have been skilled adaptors to ever-changing legal research platforms and legal research strategies. But now, more than ever, law librarians need a deeper underlying knowledge of technology and data structures to effectively assess product innovations and train others how to research effectively. In this closing session, Cas Laskowski will highlight new tools that enable librarians to have a deeper understanding of the technology underlying legal databases and build on their existing research strengths. In doing so, law librarians will learn not only about the breadth of tech learning tools available but also discuss how to foster creative engagement and attain an increased sense of agency with these tools.
