Online booking: Register for the SCALL group rate online

The deadline for hotel reservations at the SCALL group rate is January 6, 2025! All individual reservations have a 72-hours cancellation policy.

Room Options and Rates 

The group rate is $208/night, plus tax, for a king or double queen room.

These rates are good for stays on 2/6, 2/7,  and 2/8.  Rates are for single/double occupancy.  Add 20.00 per person for triple/quadruple occupancy.

The hotel’s online booking form indicates that there is a $27 per night destination fee, but the hotel has agreed to waive this fee for SCALL Institute attendees. Please double check your final bill when checking out on February 8 to ensure that you are not charged any destination fees.

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am. The hotel has asked us to emphasize that these times are firm.

Parking
Overnight valet parking is $59 per day with in and out privileges.
